  • FMCSA (one category): Driver
  • FAA (eight categories): Flight Crewmember; Flight Attendant; Flight Instructor; Aircraft Dispatcher; Aircraft Maintenance; Ground Security Coordinator; Aviation Screener; Air Traffic Controller
  • RSPA (one category): Operation/Maintenance/Emergency Response
  • FRA (five categories): Engine Service; Train Service; Dispatcher/Operation; Signal Service; Other [Includes yardmasters, hostlers (non-engineer craft), bridge tenders; switch tenders, and other miscellaneous employees performing 49 CFR 228.5 (c) defined covered service.]
  • USCG (one category): Crewmember
  • FTA (five categories): Revenue Vehicle Operation; Revenue Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance; Revenue Vehicle Control/Dispatch; CDL/Non-Revenue Vehicle; Armed Security Personnel

  • SAP (Substance Abuse Professional), serves as the gate keeper for public safty and intrest by
    • Provinding the initial evaluation after a substance use violation has been detected.
    • Recomending the exact nature of treatment and/or education for alochol and drug abuse based on assessment.
    • Conducting a post treatment interview to determine return to duty eligibility.
    • Determining the drug screen schedule and duration up to 5 years, upon returning to "safty sensitive" duty.  (SAP determined screens are in addition to normal drug screen policy)
  • C/TPA (Consortium/third part administrator).
    • Administers the random drug screen schedule for contracted companies
    • Complets reports to maintain DOT compliance.
    • Maintains the additional testing schedule for set by the SAP.

  • SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluations and treatment protocols that satisfy DOT 49 CFR part 40, including return to duty process.
  • Education programs designed to meet DOT employer regulations.
